Field Service

We staff six full-time, factory trained field service representatives, serving Hampden, Franklin, and Berkshire County. NEBM is uniquely qualified to service most makes and models of office machines, including: Copiers, Printers, Facsimile Machines, Typewriters, Calculators, Shredders, and Dictation Equipment. We specialize in SERVICE PROGRAMS for Ricoh, Savin, Gestetner and Lanier Copiers and also offer service programs for HP Printers.

Our maintenance programs guarantee a 3-4 hour response time to your service request. Service is performed 7 days a week, and evening hours can be arranged through our service dispatch center.
